Cross sectional study was conducted to evaluate the Attitudes and awareness level of Citizens towards COVID-19 vaccination in Qassim region. The present study’s results showed that Vaccination region- Saudi Arabia shows mean score 3.49 (SD 0.864) out 5. Regarding decision among citizens region, (22.7%) participants were undecided, (14.7%) refused, (62.6%) agreed get a vaccine against COVID-19. Reason for refusal mainly they don't believe vaccine. 96 Participants (32.0%) working healthcare sector, (44.8%) them had received Vaccine, (38.5%) refused. (80.2%). average knowledge =.864) possible who reported having graduate education considerably higher score. attitudes 1.95 (SD=1.176) 5, with majority positive attitude 62.7%. ((65.7% They first dose, 6.0% dose second dose)). age group 55 years above years, are more aware than other groups. Married persons categories. educational levels. Employed Whereas, there is no relation between (P-value= 0.140). As well, employed (P-value =0.136), marital status = 0.013).
